Important Camp Information

For children ages 6 - 12

Monday - Thursday from 8:30am – 4:30pm

Deposit required for registration

        $40 Per Camper / *Included in full price

Camp Fees: $135 Per Camper

        Sibling Discount: $125 Per Camper

• Bring a sack lunch

        *In a throw away bag / Lunches will be refrigerated / Drinks provided (lemonade & water)

 No cell phones or electronics devices allowed

Transportation provided upon request

        Locations: Benton (Holland Chapel)Hot Springs (Lakeside Historic Building)

        Arkadelphia (Caddo Valley Baptist) / Sheridan (Landmark Baptist)

            Drop Off: 7:50am – 8:00am / Pick Up: 4:50pm – 5:00pm / Travel Fee: $20 per week

FAQ's

How do I pay my camp balance?

You can go to the pay balance page and enter the remaining balance. You can also send remaining amount in an envelope with the campers name on it and give to Momma May, Ms. Mandy, or Daniel (Camp Director). If you are not sure what your remaining balance is please call the Family Farm office. Camp Deposit is included in full price.

How are campers grouped?

Generally campers are grouped by age. If campers are close in age and want to be in the same group, they should sit together Monday morning and also let Daniel (Camp Director), Momma May, Daddy May, Mandy, or one of the other leaders.

How many campers are in a group?

There are usually 12 children in a group with one Senior Counselor (age 18 or older) and one or two Junior Counselors (age 13 and older)

Is there an awards ceremony?

Yes. At 3:30 pm on Thursday afternoon, a very simple closing is presented. If parents take their camper home that day he or she must be checked out through their Senior Counselor.

Insect repellent and sunscreen?

It is not required, but it is a good idea. The trails are treated for insects, but this is a farm with the typical farm critters. Also most activities are in the shade for campers to keep cool.
